Jaldapara is located 124 km from Siliguri via New Teesta Bridge. It is a wildlife sanctuary which houses a large variety of wildlife including bison, rhinos, barking deer and wild elephants. Elephant rides into the forest are available for viewing the wildlife.
The tourist department runs an overnight tour to Jaldapara from Siliguri and tariff includes accommodation, meals, elephant ride and transport.
