Travel Tips for Indian visitors

All visitors to Lakshadweep require entry permits from the Lakshadweep administration. Out of 10 inhabited islands only 4 islands- Kalpani, Kavaratti, Minicoy and Kadmat have been opened for domestic tourists and SPORTS(Society for Promotion of Recreation Tourism and Sport), a wing of Lakshadweep administration organizes package tours by ship covering the above 4 islands from September to May every year. These tours are suspended during the monsoon period.

Travel Tips for Foreign tourists

Foreign tourists are allowed to visit Bangaram Island and Kadmat Island only. They are not permitted to visit any other islands in Lakshadweep.
